Erica Dutcher is a dedicated professional with over eight years of experience in nonprofit work, specializing in housing, community services, and advocacy. She has a proven track record in program management, including overseeing the group home, drop-in center, and cold weather shelter for Micah Ministries, where she played a pivotal role in supporting individuals facing homelessness. Erica also has valuable experience working with children with disabilities, fostering inclusive environments that promote growth and development.

Currently, Erica serves as the Partner Relations Specialist for Central Virginia Housing, where she strengthens partnerships to advance affordable housing initiatives. In addition to her professional role, Erica is deeply involved in her community as the Chair of the Board for Love Thy Neighbor Food Pantry in King George, leading efforts to combat food insecurity and enhance local support networks.
