Carl Bardy brings over 40 years of leadership experience, including managing organizations with $20–60 million budgets and leading large teams with a focus on hiring, training, and retention. As a former small business owner, Carl successfully navigated the startup, growth, and sale of a business.

In the nonprofit sector, Carl served as Executive Director, managing an affordable housing portfolio of 65 owned units, including 14 LIHTC units, and 112 LIHTC units under property management. He also oversees the Housing Choice Voucher Program, supporting 2,000 families in Planning District 16 with a team of 15 FTE. Collaborating with certified HUD counseling staff and local nonprofits, Carl is dedicated to supporting his community.
